Don’t sleep on this H&M jacket

Oooh! Don’t sleep on this H&M moto jacket. I’m IMPRESSED.

Here’s the thing about faux leather jackets — it can be a whole task to find one that doesn’t have a funky smell, doesn’t squeak when you move, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re wearing plastic.

But I’m happy to report that this one doesn’t commit a single one of those offenses.

It’s got a gorgeous drape, all slouchy and unstructured. And it actually *feels good* to wear! No squeaking! Plus, the distressed brown-almost-black wash makes it look much more expensive than it is.

As far as the fit goes, I’m wearing a small. I probably could have gone down to an XS because it is oversized. But I stuck with a S — I wanted the extra room so it would drape better. The sleeves were a touch too long, so I rolled them once and I’m pleased with the way they look. The crop is super flattering to the waist and booty. It even matches the length of my Abercrombie body skimming tees — love with the stars align like that!

It’s lightweight, so it’ll be the perfect spring jacket. I’m wearing mine today on a day that’s going to be 50°F in the morning, but 70°F in the afternoon — it’s the perfect layer for these temps.

Before you go, allow me to rattle off a few quick things I love about this fit (besides the jacket): Anklet! Jeans with a mini cuff! Little red bracelet! Blue plaid tote! Four tiny little details that give the look personality.
