I reorganized my closet last weekend and pulled in a few spring pieces

I reorganized my closet last weekend and it felt so good to get it all tidied and fresh before the new season. It feels like we are in that collective pause right before spring — like the space between an inhale and an exhale. And while it’s not time for the full spring wardrobe switch-over, I did put away some of my coats and pulled in a handful of early spring pieces.

One such piece? This striped button up shirt. I was in a basic jeans-and-tee mood today, but throwing this oversized button up on top felt fresh. Love how the look can go from slouchy/slouchy to slouchy/fitted by adding or removing the button up.

Also! Can we have a show and tell moment? Because I feel about as proud of these sneakers as a first grader feels about his turtle. These are the Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 SDs. I love them. Onitsuka Tiger stopped producing shoes in the US recently, but it’s still easy to get them on GOAT or StockX. I’m a men’s 6.5/women’s 7.5 in Adidas Sambas, and I got these in a men’s 6.5. I recommend getting the SDs over the regular if you can. The SDs have a slightly different, slimmer build and a more cushion-y sole. They fit like a DREAM.
