Yess! This is *exactly* why I got this denim coat in the first place! So that I could wear a nothing outfit — leggings and a hoodie — and it would step in, do the work, and transform it into an Outfit. So happy about this.
Anyway, I delved deep into my Pinterest boards over the weekend, in search of winter outfit inspo (which I am sorely lacking).
As I scrolled deeper and deeper into my boards, I realized I am profoundly grateful for one relatively recent sartorial shift — the return of SOCKS. Once I hit a certain point in my Pinterest board (2021-ish I’m guessing), there was not a single sock to be seen! I almost forgot how we were anti-socks for a bit. Anyway, my ankles LOVE to be cozy, and these are the best socks I’ve found. The perfect slouch, the perfect height, and they look just as good with sneakers as they do with Birkenstock Boston clogs.

This is how I feel whenever I put on my Levi’s trucker jacket. So basically the same coat but much shorter 🤣 I find my favorite outfits are the simple ones that have a statement piece. This looks cool!
