Hii! How was your Christmas? Mine was pretty sweet this year — lots of family time, complete with a Christmas light scavenger hunt, which is becoming a yearly tradition. :)
And now we’re in that hazy stretch of time between Christmas and New Years. I’m wanting to embrace deep rest, while also finding rhythm and consistency in a nourishing routine. I’m thinking lots of sleep, early nights, early mornings, good food, and lots of walks. What about you? How’s your energy feeling post-Christmas?
When it comes to getting dressed right now, I keep reaching for a sweatshirt. But, as much as I *love* a sweatshirt, it does start to feel a little monotonous. So I’ve been coming up with go-to swaps! Something that gives me the warmth and comfort of a sweatshirt, but with a little more visual interest. One such swap? A long sleeve tee and a long wool coat.
