My family got together last weekend for a fun night of fireworks, grilling out, and disco frisbee (where you play at night, use a light-up frisbee, and wear glow bracelets/necklaces).
Summer is my favorite for this very reason. Nothing sweeter than spending evenings outdoors with people I love, as the last light of the day lingers in the sky.
I had planned on wearing my red Gap linen-blend mini dress for the get-together, but then when it came down to it, I wasn’t in the mood to wear a dress. So I put together this easy, playful look instead. The white/ivory palette gives it a minimalist slant, while the Free People overalls give it that summer camp vibe that I gravitate towards this time of year. Can confirm, these overalls are comfy. Highly recommend them if you need a bit of summer camp magic in your life.
