We’re getting into that stretch of the year where I don’t want to think too much about my clothes — all I really want is to be outside, enjoying the sun and the water. Just give me a small rotation of versatile clothes that I can put on repeat.
I packed this $35 Gap dress for my weekend in Austin, and it was definitely the MVP of my suitcase. It worked for everything — grocery store runs, tacos and margaritas on the patio, wandering around SoCo, even lounging at the house. It was easy to dress up or down as needed. Plus it was ideal for the hot days — it’s made of a breathable linen blend, and you can easily go braless thanks to the double lining at the bust. I loved it so much I also got it in poppy red.
I’m wearing the XS regular here. It fits like a glove — body skimming, but not tight. You can even choose your length with petite, regular, and tall options. It washed well too! I washed mine on cold, hung it to dry, and it shrunk only the tiniest amount.
