Wednesday 1/10
The weather did not cooperate with my sartorial vision this morning. I got all inspired by the idea of pairing a mini skirt with a big ol’ leather jacket — but it was just a scooch too cold to wear that today. (Note to self: GET FLEECE TIGHTS!)
But you know what? I pivoted and settled on an outfit I’ve worn a few times before — and as I now sit in my coffee shop feeling perfectly comfortable, I’m so happy I ended up wearing it. It’s luxuriously relaxed and easy to wear. And that deep V balances out all the slouch and makes me feel pretty. This bra pairs so well with the sweater — it stays out of sight and keeps everything covered.
I haven’t washed my hair in a few days. You’d never know! Baseball caps are the best. Even though the cap disguises the dirty hair, I did put in the time to curl the ends, and it really influences the overall look. This sweater looks extra beautiful with softly curled hair — an excellent contrast to all the sporty elements.
