Worn on: Friday, February 16th
I’ve been looping on leather jackets and jeans lately. Over the past two weeks, I’ve worn that combo a few times — but what you don’t see is that I want to wear it every day. So today, in the spirit of creativity (or something), I pried my hand from my leather jacket and WORE SOMETHING ELSE. What a triumph.
;)
Just two quick notes about this fit:
- Whenever I do baggy on baggy, I like to offset it with a little skin showing — a deep v neckline and a lil’ off the shoulder moment.
- I’ve been loving colorful accents lately, but when I added something colorful to this fit, it felt off. So I kept the whole look neutral and enjoyed the freedom of being neither Team Color nor Team Neutral. No need to “pick one” in the name of defining my style — I’m having fun with both. (I especially love the way the cream/khaki play together with that bold black. So good!)
