My love for these trousers is at an all time high and I’m predicting it’s only going to continue to rise. I’m so glad I ended up getting them in both black and beige. It takes a lot for me to buy multiples of an item, since it doesn’t add much variety to my wardrobe and eats up valuable budget space.
BUT. If you’re into wearing variations of the same outfit formula over and over again, like I am these days, there’s definitely value to getting something you already own in another color.
Speaking of outfit formulas, this one — a pair of trousers, a tank, and a pair of basic flip flops — is on heavy repeat these days. If it were a CD from my middle school days, it would be Jagged Little Pill.

Looks so good!! Love this formula. Wish they made those trousers in size 14!
Hi Autumn! You’re in luck, they do! :) Anthropologie and Favorite Daughter have them in stock in a 14, I linked them below:

I love your posts but when I open them on my phone the lighting is extremely dark Is there anyway to fix throw?
Hi Carolee! Thanks for letting me know! I just updated the photos so they should appear lighter.
Love that purse! Ordered it and wore/used it the first time this weekend- so darn cute!
Love to hear it Tammy!
I love this outfit! I have also been into wide leg pants lately. I sometimes hesitate to buy multiples of something because I wonder if a year from now I’ll be as into it—do you have a suggestion or thought about for that?
I hear you Rebecca! I try to only buy multiples of an item if it meets four criteria: the piece is super high quality, COMFORTABLE, a somewhat classic cut, and something I can wear in all seasons. For these trousers, the quality is SO GOOD, they are exceptionally comfortable, a wide leg trouser is more on the timeless side of fashion (in my opinion), and I can wear them in spring, summer, fall, and winter. So since it met all four, I felt like it was a safe bet. I’m hoping I can get many years of wear out of them.
