I always like to read more in the summer, and this year I’ve felt especially drawn to reading some poetry. Savoring some poetry is more like it. Taking it slow. Lingering with it, the way the sun lingers in the sky this time of year.

That is such a beautiful poem. Have you ever read Naomi Shihab Nye? She has many beautiful poems, but one of my longtime favorites is “Kindness.”
