Last week, I needed to create a look that was laid-back yet put-together for a daytime event.
I started with my go-to outfit base — my favorite tee and baggy jeans. Then I finished off the look with a blazer and jewelry. Nothing wildly creative or out-of-the-box, and yet I’m so happy with how this classic yet modern look turned out.
The messy, wavy, curly hair really adds an extra layer of nonchalance. I just still can’t get over the fact that my hair will even do this! I have fine hair and nothing has ever added so much texture and volume. So yes, in case you were wondering, I’m still loving my hair waver.
Since the waver is a heat tool, I always use a heat protectant. The Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil is my fav. And once I’m finished curling it, I use Bumble and Bumble Thickening Airspun Texture Spray to give it more volume and to help the curl hold better.
