the softest jean jacket + the most versatile black dress

This jean jacket, you guys. It’s so soft and loose and just feels wonderful to slip on. I got a M so it would be just a liiiitle bit longer in length. I don’t love a super crop right now, but this one is perfect. Hits just above the hip — the ideal length to pair with a dress.

It’s confirmed — I love this Everlane dress. It’s so easy to throw on, yet it looks exceptionally put-together.

My favorite thing about it is that it’s not too tight in the hip — it’s cut thoughtfully with extra room in the hip! Because of this, I got it in an XS. If I’d have gone up to a S, the armholes and top would have been too big, but as it is, the XS fit me perfectly. (For reference, I have a 32in bust, 27in waist and 37 in hip.)

This dress is bra strap friendly, and the fabric is thick too — you could definitely get it in white and it wouldn’t be see-through.
