Capsule #2 / Outfit 54
Jurassic Park was the first PG-13 movie I ever saw and for some reason, in this outfit, I feel like Ellie from Jurassic Park. Not that she ever wore anything like this in the movie. But she would have if she’d had the chance.
So the next time you’re in front of your closet thinking, I’m going for chic paleontologist, this is your outfit. Maybe swap the clogs out with workman boots. There. Perfect.
In other news: Starting today, this weekend we’re shooting all the outfits for the summer season! We’ve got so much work ahead of us, but I have a killer playlist ready, and well, it’s going to be a blast.
If you can believe it, my summer wardrobe goes even more monochrome and minimalistic, but I love it SO much that I’m already looking forward to pulling it out of storage for next summer.

I can’t wait to see it either! And I feel silly, but I totally thought you shot these day by day or even week by week. I’m sure it’s so much work to do it all at once but how nice that you have it all done ahead of time!
I love your purse here, and I am wondering if you could share your experience with its quality/durability? Does the gold hardware look cheap in real life? Is it light or heavy when empty?
