Every so often, when browsing clothes online, I come across something GOOD.
Like, REALLY GOOD.
Something that ticks all my boxes — quality + design + price. Something that feels timeless and can last for years, not just seasons.
These special, select items will make it onto my wish list — but as much as I love them, I may not buy them anytime soon due to my budget.
Which means, you might not end up seeing them on the blog at all.
Or, if you do see them on the blog, they may be almost entirely sold out at that point.
So I thought it would be nice to start sharing these finds the moment I discover them so that, if they fit a need in your wardrobe, you can shop them while they are still in stock.
Below, you’ll find 5 pieces that have caught my eye this week. Have a look! If you see something you like, you can shop it and support my blog by using the affiliate links below.
1 | Reformation Nylon Emberly Pants $148
I’ve been looking for a good pair of wide leg sporty pants for a long time now. Many of the styles I find have just a little too much going on, with logos or too many pockets or contrasting colors — but I love that these are perfectly minimal with subtle little pockets on the side. That light color is just right for spring too!
Plus, when I’m shopping online and can’t try them on, I always feel more confident if the pants have an elastic waist or a drawstring because the fit is adjustable. I think they would look cool with the waistband rolled down, too.
2 | Cuyana Mini System Tote $228
I can’t decide whether the mini size or the regular size would fit my needs best, but I just know I love this bag. No embellishments, just an understated sculptural shape.
I’ve been eyeing the Little Liffner Tulip Tote for years now, but the price keeps stopping me. To me, this Cuyana tote has a similar feel — the soft, creamy brown feels similar to Little Liffner’s Taupe colorway that I just love.
3 | Aerie Ribbed Longline Bandeau Swim Top $22 + Cheeky Swim Bottom $22 (also available in Full Coverage)
Okay, we may be in the depths of winter, but a beautiful swimsuit like this (for under $50!) is something to go ahead and scoop up before everyone else starts shopping for swimwear.
Being in the sun is incredibly healing to me and in the summer, I swim almost daily. Don’t worry, I always wear sunscreen and a hat. Even still, some tan lines are inevitable and I like that I don’t have to worry about tan lines at all with this set. (Although it does come with removable straps!)
That longline bandeau top — gorgeous! I like to think that I could get away with wearing the top with some high waisted trousers and sneakers during the day, too. It gives me St. Agni vibes — my favorite minimalist Australian brand.
4 | Adidas Forum 84 Low in off white and grey $120
Sambas may be the “it” shoe right now, but I actually prefer Forums. They’re similar to the New Balance 550, but a whole lot easier to find. This color combo is EVERYTHING. That off-white gives ’em a vintage vibe.
Plus, since the Forums aren’t the “it” shoe of the moment, I like to think that makes them a little more timeless. That’s my little hack for building a wardrobe that transcends trends (well, hopefully anyway) — find something that’s adjacent to the “it” item, but not the “it” item itself. Then when the “it” item inevitably falls out of favor, it doesn’t matter because you’re not wearing it anyway.
Okay, I’m going to stop saying “it” now.
5 | Missoma Chubby Medium Hoops $112 + Sphere Beaded Ear Cuff $38
I haven’t ordered anything from Missoma yet, but I hear such good things. These chubby medium hoops REALLY caught my eye. The feel sculptural and minimal. I wear both gold and silver jewelry (often at the same time) but I loooove these in silver.

That Cuyana tote 😍😍😍
Right?! Love it.
I don’t own either tote but the Cuyana one catches my eye every time is see it. Honestly, after checking out the link for the LLT tote, I personally prefer the aesthetic of the Cuyana one! :)
Loved yesterday’s outfit post.
Thanks Kimberly! The soft brown color of that Cuyana tote gives me all the heart eyes. :)
I have a necklace from Missoma (https://us.missoma.com/products/savi-sculptural-pendant-necklace-sterling-silver) that I wear basically daily and love dearly – I bought it because it’s a dead ringer for my favorite necklace I had in high school and college, but lost and have been thinking about for the past 20 years, and I was really pleased with the quality. I’ve found a few other options over the years that were close, but much more expensive.
Love hearing your positive experience with Missoma, Laura! Thanks for sharing. I love that necklace you linked, too!
Hi Caroline! Look forward to your emails and your PoV, always. But: I bought the Cuyana tote system late last year, and I was very disappointed. Something about the structure makes it awkward, not easy to carry, it doesn’t really hold all that much, and (for those of us who have winter #Minnesota), the straps are not long enough to go on my shoulder over my coat. Money (not just a little) totally wasted. I love bags of all sorts and know what I want and what works for me, and this did not. I see many positive reviews of Cuyana online, but wanted to share my experience nevertheless.
Hi Laurie! It’s so helpful to hear your first hand experience with the Cuyana system tote — thanks for sharing. It’s so strange how something can seem like it would work, but then it just doesn’t. I’ve definitely had that experience with handbags before. By the way, did you get the mini tote size or the regular?
I got the regular. Since I used “the system” for a week before recognizing it was not working for me, I don’t feel right returning it. But that’s not a small amount of money. Live and learn, eh? If you are interested, went to this and I am very happy with it! Holds all the things, laptop included, looks great, well balanced and I’m a sucker for woven leather. :) https://laticoleathers.com/products/neela-crossbody?variant=39681568440418
I love this post. Please post more of these!
Glad to hear it Mackenzie! Will do!
Glad to see that you’re posting again! I never spend a lot of money on clothes and never have bought anything you have recommended because of the price…except today! I love the bathing suit!!!! Although I bought the High waist full coverage bottoms which were a few dollars more and with the shipping it’s over $60, but I figure this was worth it. Can’t wait to get them and try them on. Again, glad you’re posting again!
Just chiming in to add that I have two necklaces and a bracelet from Missoma and have been very pleased with the quality. If you like Mejuri, I think you’ll be similarly pleased with Missoma. They also do occasional sales that are great when you’ve been eyeing something up.
Thanks for letting me know Jessica! I’m going to keep my eye out for a sale.
I’ve been eyeing this Cuyana System Tote for a while now, too. I love the smart snap-in tech case that goes with it–but the pieces definitely add up quickly. I love the structured style, too, and feel like it’s the perfect size for smaller tech pieces and some personal essentials. I’ve never purchased anything from Cuyana that wasn’t of exceptional quality. Good luck. <3
