Winter wardrobe planning is in full swing over here! (If you’re curious why so early — here’s your answer.)
I have the clearest vision for my winter wardrobe. Two words: comfort + warmth.
Marled Sweater | Comfort is top on my list, and when I want a comfortable outfit, I want a big sweater. This one is from Madewell, but I’m also thinking I’ll try the Lou & Grey line from LOFT for the first time. Their tunic sweaters — like this one and this one — are calling my name.
Dress Booties |Remember that time I was looking for dressy warm boots? Well I think these are the boots I was looking for. I love that these can go dressy or casual — the shape is sharp and chic, but the suede keeps the vibe soft and earthy. And — 3 inch heels! I can do that!
Soft Bralette | Winter brings out the lazy side of me. To the point where I don’t even want to wear a real bra. I’ve decided to embrace this. This bralette feels like a sports bra, but it’s still a little sexy.
Boyfriend Belt | I’ve never accessorized with belts before, but this one in particular seems tomboyish and easygoing. I’m thinking of pairing it with distressed jeans and a slouchy sweater.
Dr. Marten Boots | I haven’t decided yet, but the nostalgic side of me is dying to rock Doc Martens this winter. I’m sold on their comfort, but they may be a little too punk for my style — what do you think?
I’d love to hear what you think about these pieces — and what you’re looking at for your winter capsule wardrobe too!
