Some days, I just crave oversized everything.
And it feels so good to go with my mood that day — instead of squelching my inspiration by telling myself the look doesn’t fit within my style.
Sometimes — especially when I see a beautifully curated social media feed — I feel like I should maintain this perfect aesthetic that falls neatly under the umbrella of a singular style category.
But, with a moment of reflection, I know that’s not how it actually works for me in my real life. Limiting myself to one narrow aesthetic doesn’t actually resonate with me.
My style isn’t always baggy. It isn’t always tailored. It isn’t ALWAYS anything.
And that’s just the point.
It shifts along a sliding scale — and it’s meant to. It makes the whole thing a lot lighter, a lot more fun.

Oversized clothes aren’t really my thon, but I absolutely love this outfit !
Love this! So true! So much of what we wear is about mood and comfort.
I feel the same way sometimes! Glad to know it’s not just me. I have to remind myself that clothes are meant to be fun and I don’t have to stick to one style. There are no rules!
