I’ve talked your ear off about these mid rise jeans from Abercrombie. But so far, in every blog post about them, I’ve been wearing an oversized top — so you can’t actually SEE the rise on ’em!
Well, now you can!
It’s a nice mid rise that hits a bit under the belly button, but not too low. According to my tape measure, the rise is 9 inches.
As a person who finds super high rise jeans uncomfy, these are a breath of fresh air.
I have them in both the medium wash and the light wash. Yep, I love them so much that I decided to get them in the light wash too. I’m so glad I did! The light wash looks better in person than it looks online — it’s Abercrombie’s classic light wash that looks perfectly vintage.
I’m thinking of trimming the hem so they’ll have an ankle length fit. I’m a big fan of the full length, but I also like an ankle length for spring and summer. We’ll see! Before I pull out my scissors, I’m giving them a test run by just cuffing them.
What do we think? Should I trim these jeans or not?
