my favorite vintage jeans return to the blog!

Remember these jeans from last year? They are men’s 501 Levis and still one of my favorite vintage finds to date. If you’re wanting to try out a baggy jean moment, I think vintage is the way to go.

When I got them, they fit so large that they would actually fall down. But I was determined. I enlisted my mom’s help and we opened up the waistband and inserted some elastic into the back. It’s not the fanciest finish, but it worked like a charm!

Also, I can’t say enough good things about this Little Liffner Tulip Tote. In person, the color is such a gorgeous, cool tone of brown — somewhere between creamy coffee and mushroom. It’s also so comfortable to carry — I love the way it tucks comfortably behind my arm (see the second photo). Plus the size is wonderfully generous (it’ll hold my 32oz Hydroflask!), yet I was also surprised to find that the bag itself is quite lightweight for a leather tote.

I’ll plan to do a full review post once I’ve carried it for a few months.
