After the last two years spent primarily at home, I definitely fell out of rhythm with my style. Anyone relate? Even when you’ve got a strong sense of your own style, it’s normal and natural to go through these phases of feeling a little off. But I think I got my style groove back this month!
So let’s look back over the month. Of all the outfits I shared on the blog in June, these are my favorites.

LOOK 1
Style is all about contrast, and this feminine, ethereal dress is the perfect counterbalance to my more casual style. As much as I love wearing jeans and a tee, I’m so glad I also have this dress to pull out on days when I’m feeling a little more whimsical. Having a few unexpected pieces in my closet keeps my wardrobe from feeling one-dimensional. See the full outfit post here.

Dress (wearing S in Light Birch)
Sandals (I’m usually a 7-7.5 and am wearing a 7.5)
LOOK 2
I think this is the most wearable look of the bunch. It encapsulates that easy, casual summer style that I’m all about. I’ve worn this exact outfit so many times over the course of the month. When you find a good one that works, don’t overthink it, just repeat. See the full outfit post here.

Shorts (wearing 26 Curve Love) | Same shorts in regular fit
Sandals (I’m usually a 7-7.5 and am wearing a 38)

LOOK 3
This outfit energizes me creatively. I found these men’s jeans at a vintage store and was immediately taken with the slouchy fit. I love how fresh and different it feels, and I’m excited to continue experimenting with more outfits that have this same vibe. See the full outfit post here.

Even though it’s hot, I’m still reaching for this cardigan to ward off chilly AC indoors. This cardi is several years old and I hadn’t worn it in quite a while, but this outfit made me fall in love with it again. I love it when I find new inspiration with an old piece! Nothing like a simple linen dress to keep you cool in the heat. This dress is another old piece that found new life this month. I love it styled with these fisherman sandals and a ball cap. See the full outfit post here.

So cool to see your back at it… hope your mom is still here and well. Love your style both fashion and writing!
Hi Ann! I’m happy to say my mom is doing very well! So kind of you to check in on her. :)
The ring you wear on your middle finger, would you share where we might find it (or something similar)? I’ve been looking for something just like this but haven’t had much luck so far. Thank you!!
Hi Shae! Happy to share! It’s the Stackable Twist Ring from AURATE. I’ll link to below. I love AURATE’s jewelry — they are high quality and don’t tarnish.
