Hello! I hope you’re having a lovely weekend.
I’m just popping in to let you know Madewell just kicked off their twice-a-year Insider Event — 25% off everything!
While Madewell’s overall aesthetic isn’t primarily minimalist, if you apply your editor’s eye, you can find a FANTASTIC little collection of quiet-luxury, sophisticated pieces at great prices.
Here are 11 of my favorite pieces from them, perfect for this spring and beyond:
If you see something you like, you can shop it and support my blog at the same time by using the affiliate links below.
1 | Brightside Cutaway Tank | A basic with a super flattering cut. One of Madewell’s best staples, in my opinion.
2 | Natasha Flatform Sandal | I’m drawn to chunky, flatform sandals right now. Love the ankle strap on this one.
3 | Straight Cargo Pants in Softdrape | Don’t these look so comfortable? Love the idea of pairing them with the cutaway tank, flip flops, and sunglasses for an understated look.
4 | Station Anklet | If you haven’t noticed yet, I’m alllllll about anklets this spring. Such a fun little touch.
5 | The Signature Poplin Oversized Shirt | I just ordered this one myself. It’s similar to the Jenni Kayne Boyfriend Shirt — french blue perfection — for a lot less.
6 | Leather Bomber Jacket | It’s rare that Madewell ever puts their leather jackets on sale, and this one is absolutely gorgeous. I love the cut — not fitted, but not too oversized either. It feels timeless, yet modern.
7 | Canvas Lantern Bucket Hat | Another Jenni Kayne inspired pick, similar to their Cotton Canvas Sunhat. I like that the brim is wider than most bucket hats, offering more sun protection.
8 | Relaxed Mid-Length Denim Shorts | Big fan of the longer length and relaxed cut.
9 | Layton Midi Slip Dress | That criss-cross back detail!
10 | Organic Cotton Broken-In Baseball Cap | You’ve seen this cap on the blog countless times — it’s my favorite.
11 | Clean Pull On Shorts in Linen | These shorts look crisp and tailored, but actually have a comfy elastic waistband in the back.

So glad to hear it, Holly! That slip dress is SO GOOD!
